Estate Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir

The 2013 appellation Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir is a blend of all our estate vineyards. Similar to last year’s wine, the 2013 is 50% whole bunches with 0% new oak used in the élevage. This wine has a pale red color with perfumed flavors of bing cherry, all spice and leather. The wine is soft textured and finishes with silky tannins. We believe the wines have a long life in the bottle if properly cellared and should develop aromas and flavors of great complexity over the next 7+ years.

1100 cases bottled. 50% whole bunches. 12.5% alcohol.
